For Hannah's first Valentines Day she got Tulips from her Daddy. Her Mommy got roses. And Hannah stayed with her Nana (Walt's mom, Annette) for a couple of hours at our house while Walt and I went on a date to Panera Bread and looked at houses / property online. Yes, Katie, we are using Keith May for all our realtor needs. :)
Hannah's first official babysitting was the weekend before when Walt and I went to dinner with Romeo and Lily and Amy and Perry and his wife. Romeo was in town from China with his wife Lily and right hand woman Amy. They brought us the sweetest presents for Hannah, and were seriously disappointed that I had left her behind. Hannah stayed with Aunt Jenny, Uncle Mike, and Ethan that evening, and apparently cried for the last half of it unless she was being swung vigorously in her careseat by her Uncle Mike. Ethan tried singing to her, playing CD's for her, and holding her...sweet cousin!
Yesterday Daddy babysat at his office for an hour while I went to Babies R Us and got some necessities. He was supposed to be babysitting while I went to my doctor's appt., but I realized after I got there that the appointment is TODAY at 2:00, not yesterday. Ahhhh, sleep deprivation.
And this weekend my friend Jessica from Dallas came and stayed with us. She was a huge help, and tons of fun to have around. She had the magic touch and Hannah fell asleep for her perfectly.
