Well, here it is, the first published photo of my baby belly! Walt and I went to a wedding (one our dress designs / bride was getting married) and I just barely fit into one of my old "little" black dresses, so, here you go!
AND for all the people who are still insisting that I'm not showing (which irks me...I'm proud of my baby belly!) Here is a pic pre-prego...and I wasn't sucking in. :)
As of today's appointment, I've already gained at least 13 pounds. I kind of gasped at the number, and Walt said, "Well, look at it this way, you've almost gained all your weight!" HarHarHar. I informed him that NOW is the time that I'm supposed to really START putting on the pounds. I don't care though, I love being pregnant! God is blessing us so much!

At 4 1/2 inches long (head to bottom) and 3 1/2 ounces, your baby is about the size of an avocado. In the next three weeks, she'll go through a tremendous growth spurt, though, doubling her weight and adding inches to her length. Her lower limbs are much more developed now. Her head is more erect than it has been, and her eyes have moved toward the front of her head. Your baby's ears are close to their final position, too. Some of her more advanced body systems are working, including her circulatory system and urinary tract. Her heart is now pumping about 25 quarts of blood each day, circulating her total blood volume through her body many times. (By the end of your pregnancy, this will increase to about 190 quarts.) The patterning of her scalp has begun, though her hair isn't recognizable yet. Although closed, her eyes are moving (slowly), and she's even started growing toenails.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! I have no idea where you're hiding the 13 pounds. That has got to be the cutest baby belly EVER!!!! You look the way every woman wants to look when she's pregnant. . Tall & skinny with the perfect round bump on the front!!! I am so happy for you dear friend & miss talking to you! I look forward to doing so soon though & getting more details on what's up with you! So fun to see a pic of you! Seriously where are those 13 pounds? I think you should check the scale. I've gained 9 and I have a lot more to show for it! (not just in the belly). Your house looks exactly like our old apartment! awww, sweet little Mesta.

you look great! since you asked...i get all my clothes from ross! and target too! they have cute finds...and don't just look in the maternity section. get larger sizes in those very in-fashion empire waists...
