Well, we made it through the 3 hour glucose test! It wasn't much fun though. Baby Girl was NOT happy about not getting to eat from midnight until noon the next day, and neither was her mommy! The test consisted of fasting from midnight on, and then they draw your blood every hour and make you drink this nasty glucose drink that is basically like drinking sprite flavored corn syrup.
We won't know the results for a couple of days...hopefully I'll pass this round of tests and be diabetes free! Please keep us in your prayers! My big fear is that I could have had diabetes for a while, and could have hurt the baby by not knowing and not eating when I should have...or what I should have.
On a happy note, I love this stage of pregnancy! She seems to like to "play" with me at night. She'll kick or hit and then I push back and she hits back. She usually lasts longer than me, I'm ready to go to sleep and she's ready to play! Last night she punched so hard her hand came out past my hand and seemed to almost hold mine for a minute. This is such an amazing miracle!!
