house

The house is coming along. We were supposed to be moving in this weekend, but it's not done yet. Next weekend Hannah and I are going to Kansas for a visit and I've told Walt that we aren't coming back until the house is done. I'm only half kidding about that, but it shouldn't be a problem, it's almost done!! Everything is about three shades darker than what I had envisioned. Partially the painters fault, and the screwed up cabinet stain. Oh well, it's going to be so nice to finally have a dishwasher!!! Hannah already loves the carpet, we've gone over and played a bit while Daddy works. It's still a bit stinky, new carpet smell, etc., so we don't stay long, and I'm not too disappointed that we aren't moving in yet. I want to give it some time to air out.
